RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

In case you are not happy with a product, or you changed your mind about it, you are eligible for a return within 7 working days after delivery.

 

Note: -

  • Opened spools of filament, and other products which are sealed, are not eligible for return.

  • If you are struggling with the printer, filaments or installation of spare parts, do not hesitate to contact us at: [email protected] , with subject: Technical Enquiry , which our technical support team is always ready to help you out.

 

 

We accept returns within 7 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original, uncompromised packaging, thus please follow the steps below:

  • Return request

    • Send an email to [email protected] , with subject: Return of Merchandise – INVXXXX-XXXX (INV #Number). This email must include the original invoice number of the order you want to return and a short statement that you want to return it. OR

    • Fill up the form given below from morphlab3d.com website.

  • Packing the order

    • Pack & Ship the product back to us.

    • Tracking Number must be provided to us and we take no responsibility for damaged or lost parcel.

Note: -

-  When returning goods, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of postage and packaging (unless the product(s) enclosed are incorrect or confirmed to be defective in any way). Thus, tracked services are highly recommended; as we are not liable for damage and/or loss of the order whilst in transit; no refund will be given if returned goods are not received in the specified time frame

  • Order Returned

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​​

    • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, you will receive a refund via the payment method originally selected (Credit Card, Online TT etc.)

Note: -

  • Shipping cost are non-refundable.

  • In case there was an error on our side regarding the shipped order (e.g. missing part/s, wrong color etc., all shipping costs are covered by us.

Exclusions from coverage:

  • Normal Wear and Tear

    • Normal wear and tear is not covered, that is, problems with the operation or functionality of the Covered Item as a result of normal usage within manufacturer’s recommendations: or

    • Nozzles, extruder blocks (part of the print head), platform heaters, perftboards, filament, including tools and accessories. 

  • Misuse

    • Breakdown as a result to improper or unauthorized medication or repair;

    • Breakdown caused by a failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation of operating instructions; or

    • Breakdown caused by, but not limited to, accidental or deliberate damage, neglect, abuse, willful act, misuse, theft, foreign particles, liquid damage, abnormally corrosive conditions, rust, mildew, and mold; excessive heat, moisture or dampness;

  • External sources

    • Breakdown resulting from external sources including but not limited to infestation, flood, fire, interference, external wiring and connections, or non-compatibility of accessory equipment, electrical interference, power surges and voltage fluctuations; or

    • Loss of software, data, SD Card as a result of bugs, viruses, malfunction or damage of an operating part. 

  • Third Party Accessories

    • The use of non-approved third party accessories may result in damage to the covered item will not be covered by us. 

 

 

What to do if your item breaks down?

You can choose to:

  • Make a request for troubleshooting 

  • Make a request for full service
